I know 2015 is just around the corner and there’s no good reason for you to jailbreak your iOS Devices. However, a developer released a tool to jailreak devices on iOS 8.1.1 and even iOS 8.2.
It is still an early version, but you can already use it on Windows. The steps are pretty easy.
1. Download TaiG from Here.
2. Turn Off Find my iPhone, Touch ID and Passcode
3. Don’t forget to back-up your device via iCloud and iTunes
4. Connect the device via USB to your computer and run the app.
Supported devices are: iPhone 4S to iPhone 6 Plus, iPad, iPad Air, iPad Air 2, iPad Mini (2) and the 5th generation of iPod touch.
Proceed with caution. I have not jailbreaked my iOS devices for at least 4 years now and I cannot provide support. If anything goes wrong, just restore your iOS device.
